Hello, Substrait PMC here. As a project we are indeed interested in [yanking the problematic substrait-rs v0.62.3](https://github.com/substrait-io/substrait-rs/issues/472) release. However in the process of trying to do so we've realized that only @andygrove and @jacques-n are owners of the crate at this point in time 😓 We are trying to get credentials from them / ownership access for this (and the future).
