## Which issue does this PR close? Part of https://github.com/apache/datafusion/issues/11367 ## Rationale for this change While reviewing #11444 from @wiedld I was somewhat confused about ColumnOptions were and that they were parquet specific ## What changes are included in this PR? 1. Rename `ColumnOptions` to `ParquetColumnOptions` rust structs 2. Rename the relevant proto fields too ## Are these changes tested? <!-- We typically require tests for all PRs in order to: 1.
