### Describe the bug In CometExecIterator, `memoryLimitPerTask` is passed into `executePlan`. However, `executePlan` is sometimes recursive, such as when native shuffle plan reads from another native plan via `CometBatchIterator` and another `CometExecIterator` instance for the same task.
