   These paths are relative to the repository root, but `lychee` resolves them 
from the current working directory. CI is fine because it runs from the repo 
root, but local runs from subdirectories can silently under-check files. 
Consider `cd "${ROOT_DIR}"` before this line, or pass absolute paths.
