That makes sense to me. I opened apache/arrow-rs#10033 to track rejecting at the Arrow parsing/validation boundary. I’m happy either way on this PR: - if maintainers want a temporary DataFusion-side guard so cannot panic before the upstream fix lands, this PR is still available for that - if you’d rather keep the fix entirely upstream, I’m also fine closing this PR and leaving #22226 linked to the Arrow issue -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
