@alamb I wasn't aware about the blog + the EPIC, bad on my end should have look through properly and will keep in mind next time, apologies. I wanted to propose late materialisation but since it's already being tracked I think this ticket can be closed. As for turning on filter_pushdown by default, would definitely want to help in that.
