My personal goal will be to work on reducing the number of [custom patches in our fork of ballista](https://github.com/spiceai/datafusion-ballista/blob/spiceai-54/SPICE_FORK_CHANGES.md), with a goal of just being able to rely completely on upstream Ballista. The biggest blocker for that will probably be creating the Ballista extension points that I outlined in https://github.com/apache/datafusion-ballista/issues/2249#issuecomment-5235014711 And then beyond that, anything that helps Ballista scale to meeting the needs of running on larger datasets. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
