## What changes are included in this PR?
A test for `strpos` (I couldn't find any existing tests) which covers the
currently working and currently broken cases, and a fix for mixed type case (by
casting arg 0 and arg 1 to their own types rather than both to the type of arg
0).
(There's also a minor change to a testing helper macro to give more info
when an error occurs).
