The only concern is that if someone would rather hit an OOM than fall back to a slow but complete SMJ, they'd have no way to opt out. That said, I doubt that's a scenario anyone actually wants. So if we're comfortable forcing the fallback to SMJ when a hash join OOMs, I think we can go ahead with it. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
