This also came up on the community call today -- there seems to be more interest in keeping a stable API for longer across a few community members. @thinkharderdev had an interesting idea too of perhaps separating out the "stable API" into separate crates where major releases happened slower (e.g. `TableProvider`), and then other "unstable API" crates where the rate of API releases was faster -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
