This was fixed by #5051, which added org.apache.comet.CometKryoRegistrator covering the Array[ChunkedByteBuffer] that a native broadcast serializes, a startup warning when Kryo requires registration and the registrator is missing, and a regression test that runs a broadcast join with the in-memory cache disabled.
