### Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? DataFusion embedders may want to allow DML operations such as INSERT into registered table providers while disallowing COPY, which writes query results to a file or object store. SQLOptions currently groups COPY under allow_dml, so disabling COPY also disables all other DML. ### Describe the solution you'd like Add SQLOptions::with_allow_copy(bool), defaulting to true. When false, SQLOptions::verify_plan should reject LogicalPlan::Copy while continuing to allow other DML. For backwards compatibility, with_allow_dml(false) should continue to reject COPY. ### Describe alternatives you've considered An embedder can inspect each LogicalPlan before execution, but that duplicates SQLOptions traversal and requires a separate execution path instead of using sql_with_options. ### Additional context COPY is already represented by its own LogicalPlan variant, so it can be controlled independently without changing the logical plan model. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
