Done in a0f55cd56. I merged main, which now has #6509, kept both PRs' tests
at the end of `CometS3CredentialBridgeSuite` with the expiry tests last,
combined both PRs' changes to "When Comet asks" in the user guide, and gave
`for_location` its own `CredentialCache`, as noted on #6509. The CI failure was
the Celeborn 0.6.0 reflection job losing its runner ("The hosted runner lost
communication with the server"), not a test failure. The workflows for the new
commit are waiting for approval.
