Rebased onto current main and retained Spark evaluation for UTF8_BINARY_RTRIM until its native slowdown is addressed, including nested strings and allowIncompatible=true. The routing/result regression covers both dispatcher settings. Also fixed the benchmark Long argument; matching JNI build, Spark 4.1 compilation/style, generated docs and six focused JVM tests passed. The PR description now reflects this scope and current validation; no benchmark speedup is claimed.
