Comet's has stayed at `2024`, the year the project was donated, through the 2025 and 2026 releases. This becomes more visible with #6657, which ships `NOTICE.txt` verbatim as `META-INF/NOTICE` in the `comet-spark` jars. ## What changes are included in this PR? `NOTICE.txt`: `Copyright 2024` becomes `Copyright 2024-2026`.
