Hi @jvatic, I'd like to pick this up if it's in scope.
PostgreSQL documents it as `DO [ LANGUAGE lang_name ] code`, where the code
is a string literal, usually dollar-quoted.
My plan is a small `Statement::Do { language, code }` with a Display that
round-trips, parsed next to `LISTEN`/`NOTIFY` in `parse_statement`.
It would sit behind a new `supports_do_statement()` method on the `Dialect`
trait, enabled for PostgreSQL, rather than a `dialect_of!` check.
Tests would go in `tests/sqlparser_common.rs` with `all_dialects_where`,
covering the plain and `LANGUAGE` forms plus a non-string code error.
