## Which issue does this PR close? N/A. Routine dependency bump, no issue filed. ## Rationale for this change Pick up the fixes in DataFusion 55.2.0. It is a patch release over 55.1.0 with seven backported changes. The changes most relevant to Comet are: - reducing the `datafusion-spark` dependency footprint - preserving fetch limits across distribution reoptimization - preserving field metadata while coercing INT96 timestamps - removing the `serde_json/preserve_order` feature from DataFusion library crates Full changelog: https://github.com/apache/datafusion/blob/55.2.0/dev/changelog/55.2.0.md ## What changes are included in this PR? - Bump the DataFusion workspace dependencies from 55.1.0 to 55.2.0. - Bump `datafusion-functions-nested` and the Delta contrib crate to 55.2.0. - Refresh the native and Delta contrib lockfiles with `cargo update`. - Update the INT96 field-metadata comment for the fix included in 55.2.0. Arrow, Parquet, and object_store remain unchanged. ## How are these changes tested?
