Thanks for the reviews on this PR @mbutrovich. The three issues that you suggested close the gap on performance with this PR so much that I no longer think that this is worth pursuing. i did create https://github.com/apache/datafusion-comet/pull/6777 to keep some tangential fixes that were in this PR and I also created https://github.com/apache/datafusion-comet/pull/6778 to add an FAQ entry explaining why we are no longer pursuing this, in case it comes up again in the future. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
