Same change as #2628. The pipe operator negative cases become a table. The pinned error for `SELECT * FROM users |> JOIN ON users.id = orders.user_id` is wrong today because the parser takes `ON` as a table name, which stresses again the importance of not allowing simply `is_err()` otherwise we risk this kind of test rot.
