Trimmed to the list-matching rows (padded entries, exact and whole-entry
names, the SDK names), plus one row where a configured class wins and one where
a blank class opts out. The per-bucket class and list rows are gone, since
`test_empty_per_bucket_provider_class_opts_out` and `test_get_config_trimmed`
already cover them.
