The fuzz crate resolves its dependencies from scratch on every ClusterFuzzLite run because `fuzz/Cargo.lock` is gitignored. When `zip` yanked every release before 9.0.3 (zip-rs/zip2#1075), `libduckdb-sys` could no longer resolve its `zip = "^6"` build dependency, and the fuzz job failed to build on every PR. This commits the lockfile, resolved against `libduckdb-sys` 1.10506.1 with `zip` 9, and adds a Dependabot entry for `/fuzz` so the pinned versions keep moving. The root crate already checks in its lockfile (#2482). @alamb I would proceed to merge this one ASAP as soon as it goes green, so we can greenify the CIs. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
