SQLite has the bitwise shift operators `<<` and `>>`, listed in its operator table at the same precedence as `&` and `|` (https://www.sqlite.org/lang_expr.html#operators), but `SELECT a << 1 FROM t` failed to parse with the SQLite dialect (`No infix parser for token ShiftLeft`). `SQLiteDialect` now enables `supports_bitwise_shift_operators`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
