## Which issue does this PR close? Related to #5023 (already closed). No new issue. ## Rationale for this change The libhdfs thread-destructor use-after-free (HDFS-16021, #5023) is fixed in hdfs-sys 0.3.1 (Xuanwo/hdfs-sys#47), and Comet has been on 0.3.1 since #5036. Several comments and docs still describe the crash as unfixed and say that working around it would mean carrying a patched libhdfs. ## What changes are included in this PR? - `ParquetReadFromFakeHadoopFsSuite` scaladoc: describe the crash in the past tense, state that it is fixed in the libhdfs vendored by hdfs-sys 0.3.1, and note that a build linking a system libhdfs (`HADOOP_HOME` or `HDFS_LIB_DIR`) does not get the fix. The suite stays manual. - `docs/source/user-guide/latest/datasources.md`: update the HDFS warning the same way, and drop "Because of the crash described above" from the manual-run note. - `dev/ci/check-suites.py`: update the ignore-list comment. The suite is deliberately not re-enabled in CI here. ## How are these changes tested? Documentation and comment changes only. Prettier passes on the markdown.
