Added in 9073585: `hash/hash_null_type.sql` covers `hash(a, null)`,
`hash(named_struct('x', a, 'n', null))` and the null-struct case in
`expect_native(hash, xxhash64)` mode, and `struct/get_struct_field.sql` and
`array/get_array_struct_fields.sql` read `s.n` / `arr.n` where `s` is `IF(a >
0, named_struct('x', a, 'n', null), null)`. The array file excludes
`SimplifyExtractValueOps`, since otherwise `arr.n` over an `array(...)`
constructor is rewritten into the constructor and never reaches
GetArrayStructFields. All of them fail on main with the `Null` hasher error or
the `NullArray` panic. (AI-assisted reply.)
