Implements the suggestion from @martin-g in https://github.com/apache/datafusion-site/pull/209#discussion_r4374285753 (the PR was merged before the suggestion could be applied). The Rust example in the point queries blog post built a `TableParquetOptions` but then passed the inner `ParquetOptions` to `DataFrame::write_parquet`, which takes `Option<TableParquetOptions>`.
