I am closing this under DataFusion's AI Dump policy. https://datafusion.apache.org/contributor-guide/ai-policy.html#what-is-an-ai-dump-and-why-it-is-not-helpful This has the hallmarks of AI code that was not reviewed by the author: nearly 1,500 lines across 13 files implementing a design that was proposed on the issue by the PR author the same day with no maintainer agreement, AI co-author trailers on every commit, and a very long description with out-of-scope sections.
