## Which issue does this PR close? Benchmark-only branch; do not merge. ## Rationale for this change Measure apache/arrow-rs#12008 end to end on the exact head of #26816 (`fe597f220a0597120beb06632d80be828ec0bbb4`). ## What changes are included in this PR? Two dependency-only commits make a controlled comparison: - `e3c8ee1a8412c0e0f9c0144e72e9a4a147ee40c6` pins the parent of Arrow #12008 (`bf0cde345b14e5abdf3e8abb57f55d43da48b49f`). - `55a2794bc3465c88ff4bda8acd33820fc7c74f60` advances only to Arrow #12008 (`90cbf31cd8dbacb5ae12566c5206624961461f90`). ## What is the testing strategy for this PR? Run ClickBench with dictionary decoding enabled for both refs and compare the per-query timings. `dfbench` resolves and compiles against both exact Arrow revisions locally. The full DataFusion clippy suite is not expected to pass on this temporary branch because Arrow 60.1 deprecates an API still used by this DataFusion revision. ## Are there any user-facing changes?
