`ALTER VIEW v SET (toast.autovacuum_enabled = false)` and `ALTER VIEW v RESET (toast.autovacuum_enabled)` fail with `Expected: ), found: .`, while the same option already parses in `CREATE VIEW v WITH (...)` and in `ALTER TABLE t SET (...)` and `RESET (...)`.
