Comet 1.2.0, now in its RC1 vote, includes a native Delta Lake scan (#5365), experimental and opt-in. delta-spark plans the scan and Comet reads the files through its native Parquet scan, with deletion vectors applied in the scan. Setup is in the [Delta Lake guide](https://datafusion.apache.org/comet/user-guide/latest/delta.html).
