`ALTER TABLE c INHERIT parent` failed with `Expected: ADD, RENAME, PARTITION, SWAP, DROP, REPLICA IDENTITY, SET, or SET TBLPROPERTIES after ALTER TABLE, found: INHERIT`, although PostgreSQL documents it as an action of [`ALTER TABLE`](https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/sql-altertable.html) and [`ALTER FOREIGN TABLE`](https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/sql-alterforeigntable.html). It now parses into `AlterTableOperation::Inherit`, which holds the parent table name. Being an ordinary action, it combines with others in one statement, and `ALTER FOREIGN TABLE` gets it through the shared action parser. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
