Thanks @comphead. 6a9e3dbb9b updates the tier summary at the top of `ci.yml` (the PR tier now includes Spark SQL 4.1 catalyst and `sql_core` and Iceberg 1.11, and the queue adds `sql_hive`) and `iceberg-scheduler-failures.md`, which now says 1.11 runs on every matching pull request and the label adds the older versions. On the conflicts with #7521 and #7520: neither has merged yet, so there is nothing to resolve now.
