## Which issue does this PR close? Closes #7479. ## Rationale for this change Spark parses `rand(42)` as an integer literal, which is compatible in `getSupportLevel`, but `extractSeedFromExpr` does not accept `Int`. This caused an unexplained fallback error. ## What changes are included in this PR? - Support integer literal seeds in `extractSeedFromExpr` by widening `Int` to `Long`. - Check `extractSeedFromExpr` in `getSupportLevel` to keep support checks consistent with `convert`. - Add integer seed cases (`rand(42)`, `randn(42)`) to `CometExpressionSuite`. ## How are these changes tested?
