`ALTER DATABASE d SET timezone = 'Asia/Tokyo'` fails with `Expected: RENAME TO after ALTER DATABASE, found: SET`, so a schema script that sets per-database defaults cannot be read. The `SET` clause becomes a new `ConfigurationSet`. Hopefully this is the largest of the stack. Also reduced some duplication. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
