`GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES (id) ON t TO r` failed with `Expected: TO, found: (`. PostgreSQL accepts a column list after `ALL [PRIVILEGES]` just as after `SELECT`, `INSERT`, `UPDATE` and `REFERENCES`, and grants those four privileges on the listed columns only ([GRANT](https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/sql-grant.html)). `REVOKE` takes the same form. `Privileges::All` keeps the list as `columns`.
