`ALTER TYPE t ADD ATTRIBUTE a INT` fails with `Expected: OWNER TO, RENAME TO, SET SCHEMA, RENAME ATTRIBUTE, ADD VALUE, or RENAME VALUE after ALTER TYPE, found: ADD`. This PR adds `AlterTypeOperation::AttributeActions` as a `Vec` of a new `AlterTypeAttributeAction` enum, adding for now only `Add`, with the other options to be implemented in other PRs in this stack. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
