Mostly agree with this and AGENTS.md looks good, but the PR review skill should have a step to verify that the PR checks out for **ALL** the requirements stated in the contributor guides (dev, arch, code org etc). So step 6 in the PR review skill should IMO cover contributor guidelines, not just persona contract. Thanks @villebro.
