**Dialect**: PostgreSQL
**Statement**
```sql
SELECT name 'abc';
```
**Current behavior**: A string following an identifier is treated as a
`TypedString` only for a fixed type set; `Custom` types fall back to a dummy
type, so `name 'abc'` is rejected.
**Expected AST**: `TypedString { data_type: Custom(name), value }` for any
type name the identifier can spell.
