For example `Closes #123` indicates that this PR will close issue #123. --> Closes #. ## Rationale for this change Basically while working on https://github.com/apache/datafusion/pull/12562 I found printing out and understanding `EquivalenceProperties` to be hard and I really liked the way @berkaysynnada formatted them in the comments here https://github.com/apache/datafusion/issues/12446#issuecomment-2363159349 ## What changes are included in this PR? 1. Implement code to format equivalence properties in an easier to use way 2. Improve documentation 3.
