We were injecting too many CopyExecs for SMJ. Plans looked like this:

SortMergeJoin
CopyExec [UnpackOrDeepClone]
SortExec
CopyExec [UnpackOrDeepClone]
...
CopyExec [UnpackOrDeepClone]
SortExec
CopyExec [UnpackOrDeepClone]
...
```
Also, we were unpacking dictionary-encoded arrays before the `SortExec`,
which hopefully is no longer needed, but we'll need to run all of the tests in
CI to be sure.
