**Describe the bug** The README claims that Ballista is no longer actively maintained. This is not true as there is a lot of community activity recently. This also prevents adoption by giving off the idea that there is no longer support. **To Reproduce** Steps to reproduce the behavior: N/A **Expected behavior** Removed Banner stating that Ballista is no longer maintained **Additional context** If we want Ballista to grow in adoption we need to make sure that Ballista doesn't give off the idea that it is not maintained. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
