For example `Closes #123` indicates that this PR will close issue #123. --> Closes #. ## Rationale for this change I think it would be best to consolidate most "end user API tests" into a single file so they are easier to find and evaluate our coverage. At the moment the dataframe tests are spread in two locations (lib and core_integration) ## What changes are included in this PR? Move the dataframe tests Note I split this PR into two parts for easier review: 1. Simply cut/pasted the code 2. Applied some fixups (mostly with `use` and that DataFrame::plan is private) ## Are these changes tested?
