## Rationale for this change
This PR improves the overall quality and accessibility of the documentation
by:
- Enhancing readability through improved formatting.
- Providing additional learning resources for users.
- Fixing and updating the resources with proper links for slides and
recordings.
- Fixing mislabeled resources and adding tags in the "Good Reads"
section to maintain uniformity.
I was only meant to add supplemental resources and reference links to
external materials shared in discord (As mentioned in thread by @alamb ) but I
noticed there were a few materials missing and some resources were mislabeled /
missing. So I scraped around the internet and updated as much as I could.
## What changes are included in this PR?
The changes improve documentation formatting for better reading, adds new
content and included links to relevant presentation slides / recordings for
existing content.
## Are these changes tested?
Documentation changes were verified by building documentation locally to
check formatting.
## Are there any user-facing changes?
Yes, the changes are in the documentation itself . No API changes or code
modifications are included in this PR.
