This pr may be ready to review now, it is a formal version of #11943 (have proved the idea promising, 10%~20% faster) with some improvements: - Almost don't lead any regression when `blocked groups approach` is disabled (#11943 will lead slight regression due to the row level index parsing even for `flat index`) - Better testing with the aggreagation fuzzer (I think the testing is enough to ensure correctness, so I currently set the optimization enabled by default) - Reusing more codes cc @Dandandan @alamb @jayzhan211 @2010YOUY01 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
