Updated, the current code mapping Char/Text/String to Utf8, so we should
change all to make it consistent?
```rust
SQLDataType::Char(_) | SQLDataType::Text | SQLDataType::String(_) => {
Ok(DataType::Utf8)
}
```
And also fix the related tests.
