### What is the problem the feature request solves? I would like to propose that we add the following entries to `rustfmt.toml`: ```toml reorder_imports = true group_imports = "StdExternalCrate" imports_granularity = "Module" ``` We can then run `cargo +nightly fmt` to reorder imports in a consistent way. Running `cargo fmt` with stable Rust will ignore these settings.
