## Which issue does this PR close? - Part of #7013 - related to this PR to make it clear how larger projects get done: https://github.com/apache/datafusion/pull/17505 ## Rationale for this change An explicit list of who is a committer and PMC member on the governance page makes the governance of DataFusion more transparent -- it is clearer who is part of the committers list and who can merge PRs DataFusion currently has a link to the Apache Phonebook which lists committers and PMC members. Other projects like Arrow have an explicit list of committers on their webpage too, such as Arrow https://arrow.apache.org/committers/ I got inspired by @BlakeOrth's comment https://github.com/apache/datafusion/pull/17505#discussion_r2345458311 to make this happen: > skipped right over the "phone book" link on the governance doc when I first looked at it because I was looking for a list of usernames of committers. ## What changes are included in this PR? <img width="976" height="854" alt="Screenshot 2025-09-15 at 11 49 11 AM" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/d37df85f-4700-4f0b-953c-583508086ab4"; /> Changes: 1. Add an explicit list of committers/PMC members 2.Add a script to update the list 3. Added github usernames for all those who I know NOTE I did NOT add "Affiliations" as that is not public information -- I can guess affiliations for some committers, but I think it is best to let anyone who wants to add that information to do so themselves ## Are these changes tested?
