@rgehan: Your use case is both different and more common, and I agree it’s something we should aim to support. The best way to move forward is to share a reproducer for your Before Optimization plan—specifically for the many partitions case—and describe the improvement you’d like to see in the optimized plan. Once you have a reproducer, feel free to tag me.
