## Which issue does this PR close?
Closes #19168
## What changes are included in this PR?
- Replace `return_type` with `return_field_from_args` to compute
nullability based on input
arguments
- Output is nullable only if any input argument is nullable (matches Spark
semantics)
- Add test for nullability behavior
## Are these changes tested?
Yes, added `test_width_bucket_nullability` test.
