Review Comment:
   Actually this signature can just be:
   
   ```rust
   Coercion::new_exact(TypeSignatureClass::Binary);
   ```
   
   It seems the implementation can already handle FixedSizeBinary's so theres 
no need to cast those to Binary/LargeBinary type 🤔
