Why is my question not getting posted?

I am trying use capistrano with github to deploy to my production server
through a non standard port. When I put ssh_options[:port] = 1234 into
deploy.rb the system unfortunately seems to think that I want to connect to
github on an nonstandard port , which I don't.

How can I deploy to my prodcution server through a nonstandard port when I
use github and capistrano?

Thanks,
Justus
